Hundreds of pupils in Narok County, Kenya, attended events in their schools to learn about the benefits of handwashing from other students, social workers and teachers. The children committed to continue washing hands with soap and to take the message to their homes.
The events were organized by Kenya's ministries for health and education together with the AIDS, Population and Health Integrated Assistance Project, also known as APHIAplus Nuru ya Bonde. The project is a partnership of USAID and the Government of Kenya implemented by FHI 360.
