The Global Handwashing Partnership

Submission guidelines

Thank you for sharing your content with the Global Handwashing Partnership’s Resource Hub! This hub hosts content related to handwashing promotion, behavior change, and advocacy. This can include research materials, toolkits, training materials, messages, and more. We welcome videos, audio files, graphics, documents, or other formats.

We review all content submitted to the hub, and aim to respond to all submissions within 5 business days. Please note that review for content submitted in multiple languages may require additional time. We review all content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and alignment with our criteria. All content must be:

• Submitted by the author or someone from an authoring organization
• Tagged with the appropriate metadata
• Submitted with the appropriate license or permissions
• Relevant to handwashing promotion, advocacy, or behavior change
• Clear and able to be read, viewed, or heard (depending on file type)
• Of a high quality and based on relevant evidence

In addition, we do not accept content that is:

• Designed to endorse a product or fundraising campaign
• Not free for use by our audience
• In violation of the GHP’s partnership principles
