The Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria celebrated with 86 children from high schools in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The ACPN educated students on the correct way to wash hands by providing a presentation and a demonstration. The pupils had a song/poetry competition, and the best three performances were awarded gifts of soaps, sanitizers, hand towels, and handwashing tanks. The pupils were also taught how to make liquid soap, which was shared and every child had a sample to take home. They also constructed a tippy tap. Each child also went home with information leaflets, a soap, hand sanitizer, a writing pad and pen, a hand towel, and also refreshments.
