A special morning assembly to teach 6 basic steps of hand washing which ultimately lead to a healthy life style. To develop an appropriate sense of “Importance of good health”, a Health & Hygiene Seminar was conducted by Dr. Shaista (Associate Manager of Rehabilitation Department in Shifa International Hospital) . She gave a demonstration on Oral Hygiene, Hand Hygiene and personal Hygiene. Ms.Ruth Saumel (ACNP) (a trainer of infection control ) also accompanied her too. Then the students were asked little questions. A poem regarding ” hand washing ” was sung by the kids and different students were called to reinforce the hand washing steps so they can make it a proper habit in their daily life.””
