The Daniel Iroegbu Global Health Foundation in Nigeria celebrated Global Handwashing Day with school-based handwashing and sanitation behavioural change mobilization activities; The program was organized in different school with over 30,000 students participants. The Foundation partnered with WSSCC, UNICEF, Bulger Family Hygiene and Ministry of Education Enugu State to organize the event. Key specific activities: 1. Handwashing demonstrations 2. Infections reduction through handwashing demonstration. 3. Interactive and discussion session 4. Life skill building such: communication, decision making, leadership and public speaking. 5. Behavioural change promotion.
