The GHD theme: “Raise a hand for Hygiene” celebrated in Jose Abad Santos Elementary School, in Malabang, Lanao del Sur. Highlights of the event were the launching of the (1) “Handwash Champions,” student leaders who will be in-charge of the group activities i.e. handwashing and toothbrushing in school, (2) Distribution of the deworming flipcharts, (3) Group handwashing.
The event was attended by the division nurses, PTCA, teachers, parents and GiZ Independent consultant assign in Lanao province.
