The department of community medicine at GMERS medical college, Gotri-Vadodara, India celebrated Global Handwashing Day. The department observed GHD celebration on two different occasions on two different days this year. On 15th October 2015 the celebration took place in a school at the Rural Health Training Center (RHTC), and on 16th it was celebrated in a private school by the Urban Health Training Center (UHTC). On both occasions the audience and participants were school children, teachers, and their management.
