The International Medical Corps community health team organized Global Handwashing Day activities in the Azraq refugee camp. Events included role plays, puppet shows, hand washing demonstrations and participation, in addition to a Q&A segment. The community health team raised awareness around handwashing at the camp-level through shelter-to-shelter visits. A total of 501 beneficiaries were invited to these events and 2,400 adult population were educated during shelter visits.
