950 students at Lobesa Lower Secondary School celebrated Global Handwashing Day this year between 15 to 21 October. Students and teachers gathered in assembly ground for a speech by the Punakha health coordinator on the topic handwashing. Posters were also displayed on the notice board and on the walls of the school building to provide handwashing information. Team members also presented dance on theme handwashing and educated the gathered through the demonstration of handwashing step by step.
