Local district government celebrates Global Handwashing Day in Kovur, India with school children.

The government district administration of Nellore celebrated Global Handwashing Day in collaboration the district collector and magistrate, chief executive officer, the health department, district education office to educate students from ZP High School in Kovur, India.
