Pakistan Institute For Environment Development Action Research (PIEDAR) organized group handwashing events in sixteen schools in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. 1,558 students and 125 teachers washed their hands before lunch.They took part in the week long “make handwashing a habit” activities, which included poster and poetry competitions.
