WASH United India will be conducting an on-ground event on 13th October 2017. The purpose of the event is to educate 600+ young children in the critical messages of handwashing with soap and use of toilet using play-based methodology. WASH United will use the Team Swachh Vidyalaya Action Kit developed in partnership with UNICEF. The Team Swachh Vidyalaya Action Kit is a ready-to-use low-cost toolkit that uses fun, interactive games and positive messaging to make hand-washing with soap exciting and turn it into a habit for everyone. Students learn critical WASH behaviors through a combination of team play, discussions and actions. A step-by-step guide makes the toolkit extremely easy to use for teachers.
