The Water Supply & Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC) celebrated Global Handwashing Day at Government Junior Secondary School Galadimawa, Abuja, Nigeria on 16 October 2017. About 500 students and teachers engaged in a handwashing demonstration and workshop where students were taught about handwashing, how to do it, why it is important to wash hands with soap and water and when to wash.
