The Philippines Department of Education celebrates with students in Eastern Visayas

The Philippines Department of Education (DepEd) celebrated at the Calbayog Arts and Design School of Eastern Visayas on November 04, 2016 at the school’s Lavatory Area with 27 grade 11 students. Activities included information dissemination about proper handwashing.
