Project Sunshine impacts 10,000 people during five day Global Handwashing celebration

Project Sunshine celebrated Global Handwashing Day in Kenya from October 10 to October 15 with both hospital and school based programming in Mombasa, Likoni and Mariakani, Kenya. The programs provided recreational and educational hand washing activities to over 10,000 children and family members.

Ngecha Boys & Girls Foundation teaches children the importance of handwashing on Global Handwashing Day

Ngecha Boys & Girls Foundation in Kenya will teach the kids how to wash the hands after going to the toilets and other activities. The foundation has 26 members and after the session they will visit a nearby nursery school to teach handwashing.

TippyTap-Kenya educates children on merits of handwashing and hygiene

TippyTap-Kenya hosted handwashing event educating children and community members on merits of handwashing and general hygiene.
