The PPPHW’s Handwashing Behavior Change Think Tank in 2012, held in New York City, aimed to take stock of the best, identify the gaps; and articulate the way forward for handwashing behavior change in the key areas of research and practice, including:
- Critical times for handwashing;
- Handwashing messaging;
- Challenges of scaling handwashing programs; and
- Sustainability.
